France, rich in the variety of its stations, today is a world leader in winter with 10 million visitors and 7 million practitioners including 2 million foreigners ski tourism.
The France has a unique infrastructure and ski stations distributed on its various mountainous massifs: with 357 stations, or 8.9% of the global capabilities, include three nations ski in the world, elbow to elbow with the Austria and the United States.

Courchevel to host Ukraine magnate’s €5m birthday party
Courchevel is already a millionaire’s playground, with 11 five-star hotels and three Michelin-starred restaurants.
Residents of the chic French ski resort of Courchevel, known as the winter playground of the rich and famous, are used to visitors throwing money around.
The town boasts 11 five-star hotels, at least three Michelin-starred restaurants and numerous diamond dealers to attract the well-heeled, including Beyoncé, the Beckhams and a fair few Russian oligarchs. Conspicuous consumption is nothing new.
