My long standing friend, Richard Avon, has written a post on his blog entitled “How I Tackled Prostate Cancer”.
Richard has bypassed conventional medical treatments for his newly discovered prostate cancer and, having conducted his own research into all the available allopathic options, ventured into the more promising areas of alternative medicine to find answers. It seems he has had considerable success, as you will find when you read his blog.
Richard’s story will, I believe, be very comforting to readers currently exploring their options regarding treatment and who might be willing to try some true, tried and tested natural therapies, before seriously considering the trial and error methods often proposed by medical professionals. Methods that are invariably painful, toxic and debilitating, with side effects adding considerable further risk to their future general health and well-being.

Richard has, in telling his story, shown the way for others to follow. That his independent research gave him the freedom to make his own decisions and the confidence to avoid the unseemly and unnecessary haste in making a treatment choice, so actively encouraged by many doctors.
As I am sure you will agree, the benefit of making his own decision is well illustrated by his miraculous recovery.

That is a feel-good story which needs to be shared. I’ve read somewhere that more and more men are being diagnosed with prostate cancer. Hopefully, this story would encourage them to fight that disease.
I’ll look into Richards story right now. I haven’t read into alternative treatments at all, but I suppose I should.
Thanks for sharing this with us. How very true indeed – We are what we eat! Nutrition is key in fighting any illness and it is well proven that prostate health is directly linked to man’s diet.
