The nationality of the non-Brazilian victim was not revealed.

The statement said the authorities have notified the families of the Brazilian victims and the embassy of the foreigner.

According to the statement, Brazil has not got all the identity information of some foreign victims, adding that it will take some time to identify more victims.

Air France Flight 447, an Airbus A330-200, went missing when flying from Rio de Janeiro to Paris with 228 people on board in the early hours of June 1.

So far 50 bodies have been recovered and investigators are still looking for the cause of the catastrophe.

This was such an awful tragedy. I’m glad they are able to at least find some bodies, so those families can have closure. My prayers go out to them.
