Maria asks…
How many of you disagree with the fact that White European race is behind all inventions on Earth?
Now don’t bring me the famous lie Africans building Pyramids (ruling elites of Ancient Egypt were a upper-clas Middle Eastern). Truth is before the White man’s arrival sub-Saharan Africa rarely progressed beyond mud huts.
Asian countries like China, Japan, Korea and India have the same characteristics as White ones except they rarely invent original…simply know how to improvise upon existing technologies like you have Toyota cars (not denying them a few original ideas like gunpowder, silk, Tea, compass, Arithmetic and Geometry etc.)
Now look at White countries. From the ball-point pen to fibre-optic cables; telephone to the Internet; automobiles to jet aeroplanes and now spacecraft; all famous sports such as football, tennis, golf you name it; hearing aid for the deaf to packaged foods in the supermarket -truth is WHITE PEOPLE have brought ALL the change in this world today and will continue to do so in the future. If White race falls, so will civilisation.
@ John K and others
I did say I’m giving full credit to Asian inventions but they are fewer in comparison to White inventions. That is my point.
@ John K
You would want to check Black invention myths http://inventors.about.com/od/blackinventors/a/black_myths.htm
My source is not a propaganda website but About.com which is as PC as it can get.
Try to face facts. Blacks are incapable of invention. It’s certainly not in their genes to think originally. Why Africa has thousands of miles of coastline yet they never built a boat until Europeans came on shore.

Stewart McIntosh answers:
It’s premature to attack this guy’s understanding of history simply because he made a politically incorrect question. History is not politically correct, and if you bend its meaning into some sort of cleansed version of what truly happened, then you’re exhibiting some serious historiography and should stop talking.
He is both right and wrong. The main reason that we revived ourselves from the Dark Ages into the Renaissance was because we rediscovered the wealth of knowledge that the Greeks and Romans had discovered during our participation in the Crusades. The Arabs, among others, had held onto this knowledge and used it to become more advanced then the Europeans, until we rediscovered it.
But please, let’s not turn a blind eye on history. The white Europeans took that basic knowledge, expanded upon it, and went on to conquer the majority of the world several centuries later, eventually defeating the cultures surrounding them that had been much more advanced, like China.
We went to the moon for crying out loud, I think that’s testament enough. I know we ruined several country’s economies through colonization, but while the developing world figures out how to farm and make livings for themselves, we are exploring space.
I’m not racist, I have a great respect for other cultures, and I am reading the Qu’ran. But honestly, we may not have invented everything, but we were the ones to exploit those inventions and learn from them, and we benefited. Here we are.
But the East Asians are brilliant and rapidly expanding, and I suspect that they will overtake us in the future as the spotlight of the world.

David asks…
Native Americans Were far More Advanced Than Europeans – Why Don’t People Understand This?
Why do people still believe the Euro centric history books and teachings?
Anyone that actually studies the history of the Native Americans understand that Natives were far more advanced than the Europeans.
One can even argue they were more or just as advanced as the Chinese, Greeks, Romans, etc.
I am going to compare the Natives to the Europeans for obvious reasons. I am not comparing them to the Caucasian race.
Here are some simple facts: And remember, everything Natives invented, they invented independently with no outside help.
They did have the wheel. – I am surprised at how many people claim Natives were nothing more than neanderthals “because they didn’t have the wheel.”
They were building the biggest cities in the world while Europeans were still living in small clans and hitting each other with clubs and axes. – They built the biggest cities in the world… at least three times.
They did invent the number 0.
Natives did build pyramids. – Giant aliens did not come from another planet and teach them how to build pyramids nor did Egyptians travel to the Americas and teach them how to build pyramids. – Saying that Egyptians taught the Natives how to build pyramids is nothing more than Euro centrist teachings.
Native Americans, while we are talking about pyramids, did practice mummification.
Native Americans were working with metals long before Europeans who learned how to make metals from Middle Easterners who learned from Asians. – Europeans at that time pretty much invented nothing. From architecture to gun powder to ships (big ships).
Natives were working with Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.
They had roads. – Why do people believe they had no roads?
They had aqueducts. – Some people believe this is solely a Roman invention. It is not.
Their astronomy was more advanced than anyones. – They are probably most known for astronomy. In fact their calendar is more advanced than our calendar today.
Did you know our observatories today are based after the Native American kind? They were.
Heliocentrism? Natives knew it before Europeans.
Natives invented a calculator.
Twelve writing systems. That is right, Natives had invented 12 writing systems (with many languages based on those systems).
Most likely you are wearing clothing made of cotton as you read this. This style of cotton was from Native Americans which was far superior to the Egyptian cotton.
Rubber. Most think this to be a recent invention… it isn’t. It was invented as far back as the Olmec.
Government systems. – Most unfortunately believe the movie version. Natives had very advanced government systems. From Oligarchies to Democracies.
Geometry – Native Americans did invent geometry. Europeans didn’t come to this knowledge of geometry until the Templar Knights brought it back when they destroyed the Muslims in Jerusalem.
Medicine. While Europeans weren’t even cleaning wounds Natives were using medicines that were the most advanced at the time. This ranged from Birth Control to Brain Surgery. When you look at European history of medicine it is scary. Even Frankenstein the book is based off of it. Not to mention, did you know that amputees were very likely to die during the Civil War? That was not long ago at all.
Syringes, Scalpels, etc were invented by Natives.
Natives had large libraries but the Europeans literally tried to wipe Natives and their culture off the map.
Natives had education for everyone, it was the law. Europeans did not adopt this until recently.
Natives turned land that was not suitable for farming into land that was. So they obviously was advanced in that category. Which was needed to support large civilizations.
Natives domesticated half of the food in the world that is consumed or used today.
They also had various other inventions such as bubble gum, mirrors, peanut butter, etc.
There were also many bigger inventions too. This knowledge is easily found. Unfortunately in todays schools Euro centric beliefs are still taught and accepted.
I’m talking about Aztecs, Mayans, Olmecs, and all Native Americans. But those in Central and South America (and parts of North America) were more advanced than others.
But this is seen everywhere in the world.
Native Americans are from the tip of North America to the tip of South America (not the United States).
Europeans DID NOT invent gun powder, the Chinese did. Europeans DID NOT invent large ships, they only started making these after they seen the Middle Eastern ships and learned to make them.
In fact, the Chinese were building ships so large, if you seen them in that time you would claim they were building islands…
0 – I’m not about to do your research for you. Everything I posted is 100% fact. Simply go to your local library or even using the internet can confirm everything I just posted…
I’m not ethnocentric. I just hate ethnocentrism and the most common today is eurocentrism.
I can trace my ancestors back to Europe and Native Americans.
Micheal – The ONLY reason why Europeans won was for two reasons.
Guns and Disease. Gun powder wasn’t even invented by Europeans and the materials to make guns weren’t either.
Unfortunately in many cases during the genocide of Native Americans (numbers are up to as high as 100 million Natives killed by Europeans) was due to spreading disease on purpose. I suggest looking into the spanish inquisition and manifest destiny and other dark times in human history. Schools would never teach this stuff until college level and most people don’t learn about it until after school because it is so dark and evil. The largest genocide in HUMAN history.

Stewart McIntosh answers:
They don’t want to understand. I really think many heads would explode if they even began to understand the scope of what was destroyed on this continent and what continues to be destroyed in south america.
Besides, it makes them feel better to think they won a war against primitive people than to think they destroyed great civilizations and tried every dirty trick for 500 years and STILL failed to eradicate us.
