How would someone go about moving to France?
I’m a citizen of France.
Born in America, still in America. But have a dual citizenship.
18 years old and wanting to go to college in France.
How much money will i need to go with and what will i need to do to move there?

In Paris, most of the Universities are public, therefore free. You can visit the sites of some Universities… But you REALLY need to speak french! They are not going to talk to you in english!

How would someone go about moving to France?

If you have French nationality and a French passport it will be much easier for you, provided you have adequate grades and satisfy the requirements of the university that you are applying to and your French is up to the course you wish to follow.
